美国社区银行发展经验及启示 XXX 院 （系）：金融学 专 业：材料成型及控制工程 学　　号：1080910211 指导教师：梁朝伟 2016年7月 摘 要 本文从社区的银行的定义、特征以及与其他金融机构的比较开始探讨，首先，介绍了美国社区银行的概况，美国作为社区银行的起源地，对社区银行的成因、发展历程、发展现状等进行了详细的介绍；其次对美国社区银行的运营机制进行了介绍，从社区银行的运营原理及治理结构、运营特点等方面进行了全面的分析；再次对中美社区银行的监管体系进行了对比分析，分析了中美银行的优势劣势等内容，并对中国社区银行的发展路径进行了规划与建议，以帮助中国社区银行的发展建设；最后，借鉴对美国社区银行和中国社区银行的对比分析，找出美国社区银行在发展过程中的得失对我国社区银行的启示，并对其中的成功进行借鉴。 关键词：社区银行；金融；监管；信贷 Abstract This paper compared the beginning definition, community banks and other financial institutions and the characteristics of the study, first, introduces the general situation of community banks in the United States, the United States as the origin of community banks, community banks of the origin, development process and development status were introduced in detail; secondly, introduces the operating mechanism of American community the bank, conducted a comprehensive analysis from the community bank governance structure, operation principle and operation characteristics and so on; again on the community bank in the United States and Chinas regulatory system are compared, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of Sino US banks and other content, and the planning and suggestions on the development path of community bank Chinese, to help the development of construction community bank China; finally, according to the contrastive analysis of American community banks and Chinese community banks, community banks in the United States send out Gain and loss in the development process of Chinas community bank development and the inspiration, and the advantages of which are used for reference.
