Hereditas (Beijing) 2017 年 8 月, 39(8): 763 ―768 遗传学教学 秀丽隐杆线虫在高校遗传学实验中的应用 马小英，赵颖岚，贾方兴，宋亚坤，谢宇聪 南方科技大学生物系，深圳 518000 摘要 : 秀丽隐杆线虫(Caenorhabditiselegans)是模式生物中的重要成员之一，因其实验成本低，实验周期短,非 常适宜用于高校的遗传学实验教学中。线虫在实验教学中的使用，一方面可以有效地丰富高校实验教学的内容， 另一方面也可以很好地激发学生的学习兴趣。本文介绍了线虫在遗传学实验教学中的应用实例，如生活周期观 察、单因子杂交、单核苷酸多态性研究、RNA 干扰(RNAi)实验等；对实验设置、操作要求、实验相关准备工 作等进行了较为细致的描述，为线虫在高校遗传学实验教学中的应用提供了详实案例，可为线虫在高校遗传学 实验或其他相关实验课程如细胞生物学实验、模式生物与发育生物学实验中的应用提供参考。 关键词 : 线虫；实验教学；遗传学实验 Utilization of Caenorhabditis elegans in laboratory teaching of genetics Xiaoying Ma, Yinglan Zhao, FangxingJia, Yakun Song, Yu Chung Tse Department of Biology, Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen 518000, China Abstract : Caenorhabditis elegans is one of the most important model organisms in the study of biology. It is ideal for laboratory teaching due to its short life cycle and low cost. It enriches the teaching content and can motivate stu- dents’ interest of learning. In this article, we have shown cased C. elegans for the observation of life cycle and mating, as well as the investigation of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and RNA interfere. In addition, we also discuss the details of the experimental design, basic requirement, preparations and related information. We conclude that C. elegans can be used as the experimental materials for teaching college laboratory courses, such as genetic, cell biol- ogy, model biology and developmental biology.
