食品中磷的测定方法的改进

摘要:用定磷试剂代替国标方法中的钼酸铵、对苯二酚和亚硫酸钠溶液与待测液反应生成磷钼蓝进行比色分折
测定磷含量,璐免了有毒试剂对苯二酚对试验人员的危害及对环境的污染。试验结果表明,改进法提高了测定灵
敏度,扩大了被测液的酸度范围,方法的检出限为1.3峙,回收率为96.8%一994%,测定结果与国标方法的测定
结果比较无显著统计学差别,该方法可用于食品中磷的测定。
