血清C肽和糖化血红蛋白检验诊断糖尿病临床价值研究   [摘要] 目的 分析和探讨糖尿病诊断中血清C肽与糖化血红蛋白联合的临床应用价值,为有效诊断糖尿病提供科学依据。方法 选取该院2015年1―12月收治的112例糖尿病患者,分为56例轻度糖尿病患者作为观察组和56例重度糖尿病患者作为试验组,同时选取该院体检的56名健康体检者作为对照组。患者均抽取空腹静脉血、进餐2 h后静脉血,以检测两种状态下的血清C肽和糖化血红蛋白指标。 结果 观察组与对照组相比,前者空腹血清C肽、进餐后2 h血清C肽较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05),糖化血红蛋白与空腹血清C肽以及进餐2 h血清C肽呈现正相关性。试验组患者空腹血清C肽、进餐后2 h血清C肽较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),糖化血红蛋白与进餐2 h血清C肽及空腹血清C肽呈负相关性。结论 血清C肽联合糖化血红蛋白检测在诊断糖尿病患者病情发展程度方面有着重要价值,具有临床推广应用价值。   [关键词] 血清C 肽;糖化血红蛋白;糖尿病   [中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062(2017)12(a)-0006-02   [Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze and explore the clinical value of serum C peptide combined with glycosylated hemoglobin in the diagnosis of diabetes, so as to provide a scientific basis for the effective diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. Methods 112 cases of diabetic patients in this hospital from January to December 2015 were divided into mild diabetes (56 cases) as the observation group and 56 cases of severe diabetic patients as experimental group, and selected 56 healthy volunteers as control group. The fasting venous blood and the venous blood after meal 2 h were taken to detect the serum C peptide and glycosylated hemoglobin index in two states. Results Compared with the control group, the fasting serum C peptide, serum C peptide 2 h after meals was higher, there was significant difference between the groups (P0.05), glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting serum C peptide and 2 h peptide meal serum C showed positive correlation. Fasting serum C peptide and serum C peptide after meal in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was comparable (P0.05). Glycosylated hemoglobin was negatively correlated with fasting serum C peptide and meal 2 h serum C peptide. Conclusion Serum C peptide combined with glycosylated hemoglobin detection has important value in the diagnosis of the development of diabetic patients, and it has clinical application value.
