曲线齿轮减速器的设计与力学性能分析
摘要
【摘要】作为一种新型减速器,曲线齿轮减速器兼有直齿圆柱齿轮减速器和斜齿轮减速器的优点。本文主要是基于减速器设计准则,对曲线齿轮减速器进行了结构设计,包括曲线齿轮几何参数的计算、接触应力的校核、齿根弯曲强度的校核等,给出了系统的曲线齿轮减速器设计计算过程;基于UG NX8.0完成曲线齿轮减速器的三维建模,并进行了虚拟装配和干涉检查。借助UG NX 8.0的表达式功能完成渐开线的绘制,再通过扫描完成曲线齿轮轮齿的创建;借助ANSYS Workbench 14.0对曲线齿轮传动系统进行接触应力分析以及模态分析,并就分析结果探究曲线齿轮传动系统接触应力分布的特点;基于虚拟样机技术,在机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS中对一对啮合的曲线齿轮副的啮合特性进行动力学分析,并与直齿圆柱齿轮副的结果相比较,验证曲线齿轮传动的动态啮合性能的优越性,并进一步探究了齿宽系数对曲线齿轮动态啮合特性的影响。

Abstract
【Abstract】The reducer with curved tooth cylindrical gear, as a new reducer, has the advantages of both the reducer with spur gear and the one with helical cylindrical gear. Firstly, based on gear reducer design approach, this paper has carried out the design and calculation of the reducer with curved tooth cylindrical gear. This research has introduced tooth curve of cylindrical gears with curved shaped teeth and design procedure of involute arc cylinder gear ‘s tooth flank contact stress and root of tooth bending stress. And then, to obtain the more precise model for the following analysis, the 3D solid models of each part of the retarder with curved tooth cylindrical gear are established in the UG NX 8.0 system, which was followed by virtual assembly and interference checking. It was used for the secondary development of the curved tooth cylindrical gears with function of express defining and sweeping in the UG NX 8.0 system. Further, ANSYS Workbench14.0, the finite element analysis software, was applied to the analysis of contact stress and modal of the retarder of transmission system. Analyzing the results, this paper come to a conclusion of contact strength distribution in the transmission system.
