曲线齿轮减速器三维造型设计
【摘 要】 本设计是使用UG 对齿轮传动整体结构的设计。通过这一次设计可以初步掌握UG 一般简单机械的一套完整的设计及方法,构成减速器的通用零部件。设计中主要介绍了UG 绘制二级曲线齿轮减速器,全方位的运用UG 强大的功能。
齿轮传动是现代机械中应用最广的一种传动形式。由齿轮、轴、轴承及箱体组成的齿轮减速器,用于原动机和工作机或执行机构之间,起匹配转速和传递转矩的作用。齿轮减速器的特点是效率高、寿命长、维护简便,因而应用极为广泛。近些年来,随着计算机技术、数控技术和多种专业辅助制图软件(例如:CAD、CAM、UG、PROE等)的不断发展和广泛应用,可以很逼真和形象的绘制出齿轮的三维模型
曲线齿圆柱齿轮传动作为一种新型的齿轮传动,不仅继承了传统齿轮的优点,还有传动平稳、接触线长、加工工艺简单等优点。根据曲线齿圆柱齿轮的加工原理,提出基于齿轮齿条啮合原理的曲线齿圆柱齿轮的特征建模方法。建立的曲线齿圆柱齿轮的实体模型,可以进行曲线齿圆柱齿轮的模拟装配,为曲线齿圆柱齿轮的优化设计、制造和分析检验打下基础。在分析圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮加工原理以及理想齿轮副啮合理论的基础上,得到了理想圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的几何形状参数,研究了变齿线半径、变模数及变齿宽对圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮接触应力的影响机理。分析结果表明圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的齿线半径、模数及齿宽与其接触强度有着密切关系且当其他相关参数一定且1.1b≤RT≤2b时,圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的接触应力值最小。研究结论为圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的设计及工程应用提供了相应的理论据。

【Abstract】This design is the use of UG to the overall structure of gear design.
