行星齿轮减速器设计 【摘要】 行星齿轮特殊的结构可以满足人们不同的需求,它广泛用于各个领域,不仅适用于高速、大功率的地方,也适用于低速、大转矩的机械传动中,尤其应用于机械传动系统中的增速器、减速器及变速装置,及各种航空机械和起重机械,其设计更是现代设计人员的重要任务。随着人们对设计要求的提高,逐渐将可靠性理论应用到行星齿轮设计中去。本文对使用常规设计方法的NGW行星齿轮,引入可靠度指数,对其进行现代优化设计,并对优化结果进行对比和分析。论文首先分析了行星齿轮的工作原理和传动比,采用解析法推导了太阳轮与行星轮、内齿圈与行星轮之间的转矩公式以及传动系统的输出转矩公式。研究了传动系统的参数约束关系,以及传动机构中各齿轮对数的分配方案和变化规律,得到该行星齿轮的设计参数并建立有限元仿真模型。其次,针对行星齿轮耦合的特殊问题进行了仿真和研究,主要包括耦合特殊性的原因和意义,并以太阳轮和行星轮极距相等时的情况为参照,分析了太阳轮和行星轮极距不相等的情况,行星轮极距不相等的情况和太阳轮及行星轮上形状变化对传递转矩的影响。此外,对行星齿轮进行了仿真,对其传递转矩和齿槽转矩的大小与规律进行研究,并分析了输入输出角的随动特性。再次,采用有限元法研究了行星齿轮内齿圈的三种啮合方式,最后,针对可调变速比行星齿轮,分析了其调节变速比的原理,设计了对应三种传动比的分布和连接方式。建立仿真模型,主要包括静转矩特性,输入输出角的随动特性以及传动系统的负载分析。 【关键词】NGW型Design of planetary gear reducer 【Abstract】 The special structure of the planetary gear can meet the different needs of people and it is widely used in various fields, not only for high-speed, high-power and low-speed mechanical transmission of high torque, especially used in the mechanical transmission system increased and reducer and transformation of speed, and a variety of aviation machinery and lifting machinery, therefore the work of design is an important task of modern designers. As the improvement of the design requirements, reliability theory is gradually applied to the design of the planetary gear for NGW planetary gear using conventional design methods,it is introduced the reliability index and made its modern optimal design in order to compare and analysis the results of optimization. Firstly, the operation principle and speed reduction ratio of Planetary gear have been analyzed. The torque equation between sun gear and planetary gear, the torque equation between ring gear and planetary gear and the torque of drive system are derived, respectively. Parameter constraints of drive system are studied, and the allocation plan and its variation law of each gear are discussed and analyzed.
