自动洗衣机行星齿轮减速器的设计 摘要：本论文主要设计的是一种自动洗衣机内部的减速装置，该装置采用的是NGW型行星齿轮传动结构。它具有体积小、结果紧凑、传动效率高、抗冲击性好和噪声低等许多优点，满足了人们对洗衣机的性能要求。该设计中先拟定总体传动结构简图，然后通过计算选出合适的齿轮并对其进行校核，再选出合理的均载机构及行星架，然后设计出输入、输出轴，最后以行星轮、内齿轮、中心轮和轴为主要对象用AutoCAD软件绘制出主要的零件图和整体装配图。 关键词：自动洗衣机；行星齿轮传动；均载机构;行星轮 The design of the automatic washing machine of planetary gear reducer Abstract: This paper is mainly about the design of internal gear of a kind of automatic washing machine with the device adopts NGW modeled planetary gear transmission structure. It meets with the performance requirements of washing machine to people with many advantages of small volume, compact results, high transmission efficiency, good impact resistance and low noise and so on. The first the design of overall transmission structure diagram was proposed in, and then chose the proper gear by calculating and checking, secondly chose the reasonable planet carrier are then designed input and output shaft. Finally in the center of the planetary wheel, internal gear, wheel and shaft as the main objects I use AutoCAD software drawing the main detail drawings and assembly drawing as a whole.
