行星齿轮减速器设计 摘要:随着风力发电机向大功率方向发展,遇到的体积、重量、可靠性等问题日益凸出,而合理地设计变桨驱动器的行星齿轮传动已经成为上述问题的有效手段。本设计将2.0MW风电机齿轮箱的技术要求和行星齿轮传动的特点综合考虑,设计出了具有小体积、轻重量、大功率、大传动比和高可靠性的风电齿轮箱。首先根据风电机的大功率和大传动比的技术要求,对齿轮箱的形式进行了分析和选择,确定了行星齿轮传动的方案,并计算了齿轮参数和行星轮个数;然后通过强度校核公式验算了各齿轮的承载能力、接触强度和弯曲强度风电机的工作状况和极限承载能力的要求;再根据齿轮参数完成了各轴的设计和其它重要零件的选型;最后参照各部件的参数,采用solidworks建立了风电机齿轮箱的三维模型,经改善尺寸后得到最后的装配图和三维模型。本设计为大功率风电机齿轮箱的设计提供了一定的参考,并且齿轮箱的三维模型为以后的进一步分析提供了基础。 关键词:风电齿轮箱,行星传动,NGW型 Planetary Gear Reducer Structure Design Major: Mechanical design manufacturing and automation Student: Qian Bin Guide teacher: Professor Hou Li Abstract:As the wind turbines to develop in the direction of high power , problems related to volume,weight and reliability are becoming increasingly prominent , and planetary gear transmission with reasonable designed variable propeller drive has become an effective approach to the problem . Taking the technical requirements of 2.0MW wind motor gear box and the characteristics of planetary gear transmission into considersion , this paper has designed a wind power gear box with small volume , light weight , large power , large transmission ratio and high reliability . First, according to the technical requirements of the wind motor gear box,the form of the gear box has been analyzed and selected , then determine the scheme of the planetary gear transmission and calculate the gear parameters and the number of the planetary gear. Next, through the strength calculation formula to check bearing capacity,contact strength and bengding strength of every gear and the working conditions and ultimate bearing capacity requirements of the wind motor gear box . Then according to the parameters of the gear box to design axis and other important parts .
