第34卷第2期 污 染 防 治 技 术 Vol. 34,No. 2 2 0 2 1年4月 POLLUTION CONTROL TECHNOLOGY Apr; 2 02 1 •环境工程• 某原料药企业高浓有机磷废水处理工程实例 韩金华 (江苏南大环保科技有限公司,国家环境保护有机化工废水处理与资源化工程技术中心,江苏 南京210046) 摘 要:某原料药企业生产废水COD高、有机磷高、成分复杂,设计采用 “微电解+两级芬顿+臭氧氧化”的物化组合 工艺,以及 “水解酸化+A/0”的生化处理工艺 。工程实践表明:物化预处理后废水中的总磷去除率达到80%以上,生化处 理后总磷可降至5 mg/L以下,出水水质达到园区污水厂接管标准,再接入园区污水厂处理。 关键词:高浓有机磷废水;难生物降解;物化组合工艺;脱氮除磷 中图分类号:X703. 3 文献标识码:A engineering example of high concentration organic phosphorus wastewater treatment in a raw material pharmaceutical enterprise Hanjin-hua (Jiangsu NJU Environmental Technology CO. ,Ltd. Nanjing, Jiangsu 210046 , China) Abstract: The wastewater produced by a pharmaceutical raw material enterprise has high COD, high organic phosphorus and complex components. The physicochemical pretreatment process of % micro-electrolysis + second-order Fenton + Ozonation” and the biochemical treatment process of % hydrolytic acidification + A/o” were desicned. The en/ineerin/ practice shows tiat the total phosphorus removat rate is over 80% after physical and chemicat pretreatment, and the total phosphorus can be reduced to less than 5 m/oaiteobcoahemcaa toeatment.
