有机磷农药废水处理技术现状与研究进展——草甘膦废水
摘要
有机磷农药废水,具有 COD 浓度高、生物毒性大、可生物降解性能差、总
磷和含盐量高的特点,直接排入环境中会造成严重的污染。由于国家自 2007 年
起全面禁止甲胺磷等 5 种高毒有机磷农药,高效、低毒、环境相容性好的农药在
我国迅速发展,其中草甘膦是发展最快,产量最大的品种之一。故本读书报告选
择草甘膦废水为主题,探讨草甘膦生产工艺优化、废水处理技术以及资源化回收
方法,在草甘膦废水“预防”、“治理”、“再利用” 的三个层面上开展综述,贯彻可
持续发展和清洁生产的理念,学习如何进行工业废水污染防治,了解工业废水处
理设计步骤。
Abstrct
Organic phosphorus pesticide wastewater would pollute the environment once
released into the surroundings directly because of its high value COD, strong
biological toxicity, poor biodegradability and high total phosphorus and salt content.
Due to the country since 2007 a total ban of methamidophos and other 5 kinds of
highly toxic organophosphorus pesticide, high efficiency, low toxicity, good
environmental compatibility pesticides develop rapidly in our country, including
glyphosate is the fastest growing, one of the largest yield. Therefore, glyphosate
wastewater was chosen as the theme of the book report, discussed the optimization of
glyphosate production process, wastewater treatment technology and resource
recovery method, In glyphosate wastewater prevention, governance, reuse of
three levels to carry out a summarize, Carry out the concept of sustainable
development and cleaner production, learn how to carry out industrial waste water
pollution prevention and control, and understand the industrial wastewater treatment
design steps.
