Shandong Lvyuan Engineering Design and Research Co., Ltd., Zaozhuang 277000, China) Abstract: In order to satisfy the high effluent water discharge standard, according to the characteristics of polymerization centrifugal mother liquor discharged from PVC production section such as poor biodegradable and high inlet water temperature, a combined process of pre ozonation -hydrolytic acidification -contact oxidation - filtration-post ozonation was adopted in the design. The process flow, the design parameters of main buildings (structures), and the operation effect and cost analysis of the said kind of wastewater treatment were introduced.
