摘要 介绍了大连新港含油废水处理厂的改造工程 。两年的稳定运行表明 ,采用除油罐 - 预曝
气斜管隔油池 - 贮水调节池 - 生物滤池工艺处理含油废水 ,在废水含油量为 1 000~3 000 mg/ L 时 ,
最终处理出水含油量小于 5 mg/ L 。预曝气斜管隔油池具有气浮和强化重力分离的双重作用 ,表面

负荷可达 4 m / m ·h ,除油效率高 。改造工程总投资 1534 万元 ,盘活了 2 个 5 000 m 的贮水罐

Abstract : The innovation of oil wastewater treatment in new harbor in Dalian has been proved by
normal operation over two years. It is evident that the adopted process consisted of oilseparation tank
and preaerated tube oilwater separators , equalization basin and biofilter is high efficient for oil
wastewater treatment . Two years stable running shows oil concentration in effluent is less than 5 mg/ L
when it is 1 000 mg/ L to 3 000 mg/ L in raw wastewater. Preaerated tube oilwater separators have the
