Building Environment, 2006, 41(11):1584-1592.   英文原文   Developing a model to measure the effectiveness of safety managementsystems of construction sites   EAL Teo FYY Ling   Abstract   In Singapore, where the implementation of the SMS and SMS auditsof the building industry has been around for a decade now, theimprovement in safety standards is not significant. In response to the needfor improved effectiveness (SMS) and the purpose of the audit of thesafety management system, this paper proposes a methodology wherepersonnel can use testing tools to assess the effectiveness of auditingbuilding company safety management systems. The research method used15 steps to conduct surveys. Security experts were invited to express theiropinions through interviews or work. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)and factor analysis are used to help identify the most critical factors andattributes that affect the safety. This model develops a method using theMulti-attribute Value Model (MAVT)。 This method can be verified by thewebsite and calculated using the CSI in the model. The results show thatthe model can be used as a measure of objective CSI for differentmanagement and evaluation. Contractorsexpect management site safety to pass through the normal safetymanagement system. It is important to evaluate these systems effectivelyso that the inadequacies can be corrected. The research work is conductedunder the supervision of the collaboration and occupational safetydepartment. The human resources department can measure theeffectiveness of a construction sites safety management system
