DOI ：10.13210/ki.jhmu082 网络出版时间：2014-01-24 22:04 网络出版地址：/kcms/doi/10.13210/ki.jhmu082.html 变应性鼻炎患者血清白细胞介素含量检测及临床价值 阙镇如 冉骞 林丹琪 张智斌 蔡继一 许玉 黄钦辉 解放军第180 医院耳鼻咽喉科 福建 泉州 362008 摘要：目的：研究变应性鼻炎患者血清白细胞介素含量及临床价值。方法：将2011 年 1 月-2013 年5 月在我院就诊的变应性鼻炎患者纳入研究的观察组，同期在我院接受体检的 健康者纳入研究的对照组，检测血清白细胞介素IL-4 、IL-5、IL- 17、IL-33 含量以及气道功 能指标，并进行临床症状评分。结果：（1）观察组患者的IL-4 、IL-5、IL- 17、IL-33 水平高 于对照组健康者；（2 ）观察组患者的PEF 、FEV1/FVC 均低于对照组健康者，喷嚏、流涕、 鼻塞、鼻痒评分均高于对照组健康者；（3 ）血清IL-4 、IL-5、IL- 17、IL-33 水平与PEF 、FEV1/FVC 呈负相关，与喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒评分呈正相关。结论：血清白细胞介素含量且具有检 测方便、客观性强的优势，能够便捷、准确、客观的反应变应性鼻炎患者的整体病情，临床 应用价值明确。 关键词：变应性鼻炎；白细胞介素；气道功能； The detection of serum interleukin levels in allergic rhinitis patients and its clinical value QUE Zhen-ru, RAN Qian, LIN Dan-qi, et al Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Quanzhou 180 Hospital of PLA,Quanzhou 362008,China Abstract: Objective: To study the serum interleukin levels of allergic rhinitis patients and its clinical value.
