I 摘 要 电力在如今社会的发展中发挥着巨大的作用,它是社会能正常运转的重要的能源保 障。随着电力的广泛使用,电力计量显得越来越重要,其系统的准确性与可靠性是使其 能真正地推动国家经济前行的前提条件,因此电力计量系统故障研究也成为人们所关注 的热点。电力计量系统故障种类很多,可按照不同的分类标准分类,但总的来说可以分 为自然故障和人为故障两大类。对于这些故障能够做到第一时间发现或在故障发生前准 确地预测到故障发生,及时地解决故障,最大限度地减小由故障带来的经济损失,这已 成为了摆在人们面前亟待解决的现实问题。 本文仔细研究了收集的大量关于电力计量系统故障的文献资料,在此基础之上,根 据电力计量系统的结构以及故障类型的特点,对故障进行了分类,并对常见的故障提出 了解决办法,设计了故障信息提取电路,从故障信号中提取有用检测信息,并将数字滤 波与经验模态分解应用到检测信息的提取中。具体所做工作如下。 首先,对电力计量系统故障及其结构进行了仔细研究,对故障进行分类,针对具体 的故障,提出具体的解决办法,并从理论上论证了这些方法的可行性。 其次,本文根据提出的解决故障的办法,并结合计量系统的结构,选取了合适的故 障信息提取点,设计了故障信息提取电路,并在模拟测试环境中对电路进行了检测证明 了其准确性与可靠性。 最后,对于提取的故障信息,通过数字滤波器滤出其中的杂波,然后再将滤波后的 信息,用改进的经验模态分解方法进行处理提取出判断故障的检测信号,实际提取的检 测信号能够准确地反应故障发生前后的状态,判断出故障发生,从而证明了方法的准确 性与有效性。 关键词:高压电力计量系统,故障诊断,信息提取,数字滤波,经验模态分解 III III IV IV ABSTRACT Electricity plays a huge role in the development of society today, and it ensures the normal operation of society. With the widespread use of electricity, electricity metering is becoming increasingly important, the accuracy and reliability of the system is the preconditions that it can really promote the countrys economic development, so the study on the fault of electricity metering system has become a focus of peoples concern. There are many types of faults of power measurement system and they can be classified according to different classification criteria, but in general they can be divided into two types: natural faults and human-made faults. How to detect faults for the first time or accurately predict the occurrence of faults and solve the faults in time to reduce economic losses caused by faults to the utmost have been practical problems which need to be solved by people immediately. This paper carefully studied a lot of the collected literature on the faults of power measurement system. On this basis and according to the structure and the type of failure characteristics of electricity metering system, we classified faults and proposed solutions for the common faults, designing fault information extraction circuits to extract usefu
