Methods 80 case of high uric acid gout patients in this hospital from February 2014 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the febuxostat group （adopting febuxostat treatment， 40 cases） and allopurine group （implementing allopurinol tablets for treatment， 40 cases）， the uric acid levels， efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment were compared.
