Methods 118 cases of bronchial asthma in children from June 2015 to June 2016 in this hospital were conveniently selected and analyzed and randomly divided into two groups （control group and observation group）， each group of 59 cases. Patients in the control group were routinely treated according to the GINA regimen， and patients in the observation group were treated with pidotimod and the clinical effects of the two groups， the number of episodes， the duration of asthma and the changes of IgG， IgA and IgM after treatment were compared.
