孟鲁司特联合匹多莫德对支气管哮喘患儿疗效及肺功能临床研究 　　[基金项目] 浙江省医药卫生科技计划（2011RCB036） 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨孟鲁司特联合匹多莫德对儿童支气管哮喘患儿的疗效及肺功能的影响。 方法 选取2012年12月~2013年12月我院收治的支气管哮喘患儿100例，全部患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组口服孟鲁司特片5mg，每晚1次。观察组同时口服匹多莫德口服液10mL，每日1次，疗程6个月。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后的日间和夜间咳嗽症状评分、咳嗽/肺部哮鸣音消失时间、住院时间及肺功能指标FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1占预计值的变化情况。 结果 观察组的疗效显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组日间和夜间咳嗽症状评分均较治疗前及对照组明显降低（P＜0.05）。 观察组咳嗽/肺部哮鸣音消失时间、住院时间均较对照组短（P＜0.05）。观察组肺功能指标FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1占预计值均较治疗前及对照组明显改善（P＜0.05）。 结论 孟鲁司特联合匹多莫德对支气管哮喘患儿的疗效确切，明显改善患儿的临床症状和肺功能，缩短住院时间，值得广泛推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 孟鲁司特；匹多莫德；支气管哮喘患儿 　　[中图分类号] R725.6[文献标识码] B[文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）19-0032-03 　　 　　Clinical efficacy and lung function research of montelukast joint pidotimod in treatment of children with bronchial asthma 　　XU Hong1 TENG Yiqun2 　　1.Department of Pediatrics， Shaoxing County Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province，Shaoxing 312030，China；2.Department ofPediatrics， Second Hospital of Jiaxing City in Zhejiang Province， Jiaxing 314000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the combined effects of montelukast for children pidotimod efficacy in children with asthma and pulmonary function.
