【摘要】目的：评估采用综合护理干预改善精神分裂症（Schizophrenia，SCZ）患者症状和增强服药依从性的可行性。方法：选取2021年1月—2023年12月本科室收治的SCZ患者98例，予以回顾研究，采取随机数表法将其分为A组（综合护理干预）和B组（常规护理）各49例，比较两组SCZ患者临床症状、生活质量与依从性。结果：干预后，两组PANSS评分较干预前均降低，且A组PANSS评分低于B组（P0.05）；干预后，两组SQLS评分较干预前均降低，且A组SQLS评分低于B组（P0.05）；A组服药依从性为91.84%，高于B组的79.59%（P0.05）。结论：综合护理干预可以减轻精神分裂症患者临床症状，提高其生活质量和服药依从性。
