【摘要】目的：评估采用综合护理干预改善精神分裂症(Schizophrenia,SCZ)患者症状和增强药依从性的可

行性。方法：选取2021年1月-2023年12月本科室收治的SCZ患者98例，予以回顾研究，采取随机数表法将其分

为A组(综合护理干预)和B组(常规护理)各49例，比较两组SCZ患者临床症状、生活质量与依从性。结果：干

预后，两组PANSS评分较干预前均降低，且A组PANSS评分低于B组(P0.0)；干预后，两组SQLS评分较干

预前均降低，且A组SQLS评分低于B组(Pv0.0)；A组药依从性为91.84%,高于B组的79.9%(P0.0)。

结论：综合护理干预可以减轻精神分裂症患者临床症状，提高其生活质量和药依从性。
