差速器的结构设计及工艺分析
摘要:为所选车型奥迪Q7 2014 款40TFSI Quattro 专享型轿车设计了一款完全依照中
国国家标准设计的托森中央差速器,并对差速器中的直齿圆柱齿轮进行了工艺路线的
分析。为了适应中国国家标准,该差速器在结构上不再沿用最初由美国格里森公司设
计开发的三对蜗轮轴中心对称结构,而改为两对蜗轮轴沿两蜗杆公轴线对称分布的结
构,这样的结构降低了差速器的加工和装配难度,对于应用广泛但长期被外国垄断的
托森中央差速器的国产化提供了一个颇具参考价值的实例。

Structural design and processing technic analysis for Torsen central
differential
Abstract: A design for Torsen central differential is finished fully based on CNS (Chinese
National Standards) for exclusive version of Audi Q7 40TFSI Quattro 2014 as picked. And
a processing route is analysed for straight toothed spur gear from the differential. In order
to adhere to CNS, the differential is designed not with the structure that was originally
developed by Gleason Corporation, USA, in which three pairs of worm gear shafts are
centrosymmetric, but with the one in which two pairs of worm gear shafts are symmetric
with each other over an axis that two worms share. Such structure would simplify the
assembling and processing and provide an example of localisation for Torsen central
differential, which has its broad application and a long-standing foreign monopoly, with a
substantial reference value.
