健肝消脂颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(气滞血瘀型)临床研究的开题报告

【摘要】

非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）是一种多因素复合疾病，可导致肝功能紊乱和慢性肝炎。目前NAFLD的治疗方法存在局限性，因此寻求新的治疗方法具有重要意义。本研究旨在探讨健肝消脂颗粒对气滞血瘀型NAFLD的治疗效果及其机制。

通过研究证明，健肝消脂颗粒是一种中药复方，可以缓解NAFLD患者的症状，并通过促进脂肪代谢、改善肝功能等机制发挥治疗作用。本研究将采用随机对照实验设计，招募50例符合NAFLD诊断标准的气滞血瘀型患者，并随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组接受健肝消脂颗粒治疗，对照组接受安慰剂治疗。

通过比较治疗前后的肝功能指标、血脂水平、肝脏组织学变化等指标的变化情况，评估健肝消脂颗粒对NAFLD的治疗效果及机制，并探讨其对临床实践的意义。

【Abstract】

Non-alcoholicfattyliverdisease(NAFLD)isamultifactorialdiseasethatcancauseliverdysfunctionandchronicliverdisease.Currently,thetreatmentofNAFLDislimited,soseekingnewtreatmentmethodsisofgreatsignificance.ThisstudyaimstoexplorethetherapeuticeffectandmechanismofJianheXiaoshigranuleonqistagnationandbloodstasistypeNAFLD.

ItisprovedbyresearchthatJianheXiaoshigranule,aChinesepatentmedicine,canalleviatethesymptomsofNAFLDpatientsandexerttherapeuticeffectsthroughpromotingfatmetabolism,improvingliverfunctionandothermechanisms.Thisstudywilladoptarandomizedcontrolledtrialdesign,recruit50patientswithqistagnationandbloodstasistypeNAFLDaccordingtothediagnosticcriteriaofNAFLD,andrandomlydividethemintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupreceivestreatmentwithJianheXiaoshigranule,whilethecontrolgroupreceivesplacebotreatment.

Bycomparingthechangesinliverfunctionindicators,bloodlipidlevels,liverhistologicalchangesandotherindicatorsbeforeandaftertreatment,thetherapeuticeffectandmechanismofJianheXiaoshigranuleonNAFLDwillbeevaluated,anditssignificanceforclinicalpracticewillbeexplored.
