Abstract:

ThispaperaimstoexplorethecognitiveresearchofgrammarteachinginChinesevocationalcollegesEnglishteaching.Byadoptingthecasestudymethod,observing,analyzing,anddescribingthegrammarteachinginanEnglishclassofvocationalcollege,itaimstoinvestigatestudents’cognition,reaction,andcomprehensiontogrammarteaching,aswellasteacher’steachingmethodsandstrategies.

Thisresearchwillusequantitativeandqualitativemethods,throughquestionnairesandinterviews,toanalyzestudentsandteachers’attitudes,opinions,andexperiencestogrammarteaching.Theresultswilldemonstratethedifficultiesandchallenges,learningachievementsandexpectationsofstudents,aswellastheteacher’smethodsandstrategiesofteachingstudents’grammar.

GrammaristhefoundationofEnglishlearningandanessentialpartofexams.Therefore,studyingEnglishgrammarteachingisofgreatsignificanceforimprovingstudents’languageproficiencyandexamresults.Italsohelpsteacherstounderstandthestudentslearningneedsanddifficultiesbetter.

TheresultsofthisresearchcanprovidesomereferencesandinspirationsforEnglishteachinginvocationalcolleges.Atthesametime,thisresearchisalsohelpfulinfurtherunderstandingtheproblemsandchallengesinEnglishteachinginChinesevocationalcolleges,thusproposingmoresuitableteachingmodelsandstrategies.
