The IP address is actually a bunch of Numbers, and its pretty much the location of a computer on the Internet, and every computer on the Internet has to have its own IP address
The IP addresses also have several categories:
1. Network IP address: the IP address that is directly connected to the computer on the Internet.
2. Network IP address: mainly room or Internet cafes, computer surfing the Internet is the first to get to the Internet through a proxy server, it is the address of the network address, but it is surface out online in the proxy server address. This creates the same network of computers on the same network, and their IP addresses are the same.
3. Static IP address: the IP address of the computer is fixed, not changed, such as the IP address of the IP server of the site. To get a static IP address, you need to pay a fee.
4. Dynamic IP address: at home, the IP address of every Internet connection is likely to be different, and that IP address is dynamic.
IP addresses are used as a primary means of identifying computers, and are frequently asked where the IP is located.
The basic IP address is a 32-bit binary number divided into eight units (called eight bit groups). You know the binary and the decimal. To make it easier for people to use, a machine-friendly binary address is transformed into a more familiar decimal address. Each of the eight bits in the IP address is represented by a decimal number between 0 and 255. These Numbers are separated by a dot (.), which is the so-called decimal format. As a result, the minimum IPv4 address value is 0.0.0.0, with the maximum address value of 255.255.255.255, while the two values are kept and are not allocated to the private end system.
