1. Introduction
In this document, the companies said an autonomous operation a use of TCP/IP protocol network entities, in particular, the entity should determine the network addressing schemes and address assignment.
This document describes the address allocation of the private network. This allocation allows all hosts within an enterprise and all open hosts within a different enterprise to connect at all levels of the network.
Motivation, purpose
With TCP/IP technology spreading worldwide beyond the Internet itself, more and more companies are not connected to Internet networks using the technology. These companies simply use the technologys addressing capability to communicate within the enterprise, rather than to connect directly with other companies or Internet networks.
