This document describes a protocol that encapsulates any other network layer protocol on top of any network layer protocol.
1. Introduction
There are several different Suggestions for encapsulating another protocol on one protocol (RFC1234, RFC1226). For policy reasons, other forms of encapsulation (RFC1241, RFC1479) are proposed to transport IP over IP. The protocol described in this document is similar to the above protocol, but is more versatile. For more general purpose, the nuance of many agreements has been ignored. The result is that this agreement may not be appropriate for a particular X over Y encapsulation that has been described. This agreement to provide a simple, generic packaging mechanism to encapsulate problems from its present size (n ^ 2) reduced to the size of another, more easy to control.
