Introduction
With the rapid development of economic globalization and entering into the information age today, English, as an international common language, has become an important communicative tool. As a result, English learning become increasingly prominent in China. Therefore researchers and educate scholars pay more attentions to the teaching of foreign language. Traditional English teaching focuses on the result of exam and the teacher-centered teaching, however quality education advocates not only in cultivating the comprehensive ability of students, such as reading ability, listening ability, speaking ability and so on, but also in the student-centered teaching. In order to achieve the request of quality-oriented education and a new round of curriculum reform, researchers and educators improve the effective class teaching and put forward classroom interactive teaching. This thesis gets through improving classroom teaching strategies to enhance the interaction between teachers and students, which has become a major issue under English teaching reform.
The interactive classroom teaching emphasizes on the student-oriented teaching and the interaction between students and teachers. With the deepening of the reform of Middle School English teaching, student-centered teaching become more and more important in the real environment for communication between teacher-learner and learner-learner. Classroom interactive teaching trains students’ ability to use English in work or life when they are necessary on the contrary to passing on language rules and knowledge in the traditional teaching.
The thesis will search for teaching strategies and methods which improve English classroom interaction in Middle School. The researching purpose of this thesis improves the interaction between teachers and students through the interactive teaching, promotes students’ classroom-participation enthusiasm,
