高压旋喷桩地基处理及基础研究与设计-修改版12.24 摘 要 基于煤炭行业建筑工程地基处理方法的多样性,本文依托“焦作煤业(集团)有限责任公司古汉山矿选煤厂改扩建工程项目”,对高压旋喷桩在该项目地基处理中的应用和设计作了深入探讨和研究。 根据工程项目实际情况,对几种地基处理方案进行了分析比较,确定采用高压旋喷桩进行地基处理。在设计工作中结合当地施工设备、施工工艺和设计经验,合理选取了桩径、桩长、桩身强度、桩身强度折减系数等设计参数,计算了单桩承载力特征值和复合地基承载力特征值。在施工工作中,主要负责施工参数的选取,并提出了高压旋喷施工中应注意的问题。通过本文的研究,总结了高压旋喷桩复合地基的设计与计算中的关键问题以合理选取设计参数。 软弱地基处理后,通过焦作煤业(集团)有限责任公司古汉山矿选煤厂铁路煤仓地基处理工程的观测结果与理论计算,表明该方法在控制沉降方面效果明显。高压旋喷桩技术在焦作古汉山煤矿铁路煤仓软土地基中的成功应用,不仅提高了软土的地基承载力,缩短了工期,而且施工过程中对毗邻建筑物无不利影响,从工程造价上较钻孔灌注桩节省投资20%-30%,较预制桩节省30%-40%。 关键词:高压旋喷桩 地基处理 应用研究 I Abstract According to different construction engineering foundation of the coal profession treatment, this text relies on Jiaozuo Coal Industry (Group) Company, Limited Guhanshan Coal Preparation Plant expansion project and spray a method in the item#39;s foundation the processing to the high pressure grouting note to starch of application and design made thorough study and research. According to project the actual situation on the ground treatment of several programs are analyzed and compared to determine use of high-pressure rotary spray pile foundation In the devise, the article reasonably selects parameters such as diameter of pile, pile length, pile shaft strength, reduced coefficients of pile shaft, and calcutes Eigenvalue of bearing capacity of a pile combining with local facilities of construction, techniques of construction and devise experience. In the construction, the article mainly takes charge of selecting construction parameters, and puts up with important questions about engineering. According to this research, the key issues of the high-pressure jet grouting pile composite foundation design and calculation is concluded to choose a reasonable result of design parameters.
