As most of the new products are primary agricultural products, the shelf life is short, and the management level of supermarkets is very high. It is easy to lose the new product from the output to the supermarket, which directly eroded the profit of the new business in the supermarket. Therefore, the circulation of commodities in fresh out of the case, a supermarket chain to reduce costs, improve overall profitability plays a key role in the investigation of supermarket fresh product loss cycle, the basic loss control method of fresh goods supermarket chain.
