子宫动脉栓塞术与宫腹腔镜联合术治疗子宫肌瘤对卵巢功能影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨子宫动脉栓塞术（UAE）与宫腹腔镜联合术治疗子宫肌瘤对卵巢功能的影响。 方法 选择2013年1月～2015年12月在河北省沧州市人民医院妇产科收治的子宫肌瘤患者205例，按治疗方法不同分为A、B组，A组（101例）行UAE治疗，B组（104例）行宫腹腔镜联合子宫肌瘤剥除术，比较两组术后有无闭经发生、月经恢复情况及术后3和6个月卵巢内分泌功能情况。 结果 两组术后均无闭经发生，术后1～3个月逐渐恢复月经。两组术后3个月卵巢内分泌功能相关指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）。A组术后6个月血清催乳素水平高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 UAE和宫腹腔?R治疗子宫肌瘤对卵巢的内分泌功能无明显影响，UAE治疗保留了生育能力，安全性高，较宫腹腔镜手术对子宫无创伤，更易被患者接受，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 子宫肌瘤；子宫动脉栓塞术；宫腹腔镜联合；卵巢功能 　　[中图分类号] R737.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2016）11（b）-0082-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the influence on ovarian function of uterine artery embolization （UAE） and laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of uterine fibroid. Methods 205 cases of uterine fibroid were studied in Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics， People′s Hospital of Cangzhou City， Hebei Province from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected. They were divided into group A and group B ccording to different treatment methods. UAE treatment was used in group A （101 cases）， laparoscopy and hysteroscopy combined with myomaenucleation were applied in group B （104 cases）. The occurrence of amenorrhea， menstrual recovery， and endocrine function of ovary after operation of 3 and 6 months between two groups were compared. Results There was no amenorrhea happened between two groups， all patients had resumed menstruation after 1-3 months. There were no statistical differences with endocrine function indexes of ovary between two groups in 3 months after operation （P 0.05）. PRL level of group A was higher than that of group B in 6 months after operation， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion UAE and laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of uterine fibroid have no significant effect on the ovarian function. UAE treatment without trauma， have retain the ability of fertility and higher safety， compared with surgery， it is more easily accepted by patients and worthy of clinical application. 　　[Key wor
