摘要 本次设计是根据毕业设计任务书要求,设计线圈骨架蜡型模具以及分析其熔模铸造的工艺过程。 首先,在完成对零件结构分析后,根据其结构特点确定分型面,绘制出零件图,型腔图;然后选择压蜡机,对铸件进行工艺性分析,对模具各系统进行结构设计并计算其尺寸,利用AutoCAD进行蜡型模具的设计,绘制模具装配图和工作零件图;最后,对熔模铸造的工艺过程进行详细的分析,编写设计说明书等。 在对熔模铸造的工艺过程分析中,主要介绍了熔模铸造业的历史和发展现状,以及熔模铸造的优缺点;然后介绍了熔模铸造的工艺的基本流程,模料的制造工艺和型壳的制造工艺;最后,介绍了铸造用铜合金的熔化工艺。 关键词:线圈骨架;蜡型模具;熔模;压蜡机 Abstract This design acts according to the graduation project description request, design coil skeleton wax mould and investment casting process. To begin with, the parting face are determined according to the shape characteristics, then to drawing parts graph and cavity figure. Besides, selection pressure wax machine, analysis of the technology of casting, design the system structure of mould and calculating its size.Using AutoCAD design wax mould, make the mounting diagram and the parts drawing. At last, analysis of the investment casting process particularly, writing the design instruction, the translation and so on. In the process of casting process analysis, mainly introduced casting the historical heritage and development situation, then analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the investment casting. In addition, introduceing the process of casting process and shell of manufacturing process very carefully. Finally, introduces the copper alloy casting process with melting.
