糖耐量水平对冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度及血小板参数的影响.pdf

·52 · 解放军医药杂志2016年2月 第28卷 第2期 Med PharmJ Chin PLA,Vol.28,No.2,Feb.2016 临床研究 ·论著 · 糖耐量水平对冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度 及血小板参数的影响 唐艺加 　 　 [摘要]　 目的　 探讨不同糖耐量水平对冠心病(CHD)患者冠状动脉(冠脉)病变程度及血小板参数的影响。 方 法　 选择四川省人民医院于2013年9月—2014年12年月收治的130例经皮冠状动脉造影术(CAG)确诊的CHD患 者为研究对象,以口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)结果为依据将其分成正常组(A组,n =38)、糖耐量减低组(B组,n = 50)和糖尿病组(C组,n=42)。 对比3组冠脉病变支数、病变血管狭窄程度、Syntax评分情况及血小板参数差异。 结 果　 B、C组冠脉病变支数及Syntax评分均显著高于A组,冠脉狭窄程度显著重于A组(P0．05),B、C两组除血小板 计数水平明显低于A组外,血小板平均体积、血小板分布宽度、大血小板比率均显著高于A组(P0．05),B、C组上述 指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P0．05)。 结论　 CHD患者的糖耐量水平同其冠脉病变程度及血小板参数水平密切 相关,建议临床对确诊CHD患者给予OGTT检查,以提高后续治疗的针对性及有效性,改善预后。 　 　 [关键词]　 冠心病;糖耐量;冠状动脉病变程度;血小板参数 [中国图书资料分类号]　 R541.4;R446.112.9 　 [文献标志码]　 A　 [文章编号]　 2095-140X(2016)02-0052-03 [DOI]　 10.3969/ j.issn.2095-140X.2016.02.013 Effect ofGlucoseToleranceLevelsonLesionDegreeofCoronaryArteryandPlateletParametersofPatientswith Coronary Heart Disease TANGYi-jia (Department of Cardiology,Sichuan Provincial Peoples Hospital,Chengdu610071,China) [Abstract]　 Objective　 To investigate effect of different glucosetolerancelevelsonthelesiondegreeof coronary ar- tery andplateletparametersofpatientswithcoronaryheartdisease (CHD).
