多维分析视角下图书馆市民夜校服务改进策略研究
———以济南“YEAH归人”泉民夜校为例

摘要:文章以济南“YEAH归人”泉民夜校为例,采用LDA主题分析模型结合情感分析及Neo4j图数据库知识图谱分析,对
社交媒体平台上的读者评论数据进行多维分析,通过文本挖掘识别出六个核心主题:夜校与城市空间融合、多元化课程与创
新性、社会参与度与公众反响、社交与社区互动、个人成长与终身学习、现代教育模式与青年认同。情感分析结果显示,市民
对夜校的正面评价普遍较多,也有一定的负面声音和中立态度。通过Neo4j图数据库揭示了课程内容、教师资质和学员反馈
之间的复杂关联。基于分析结果提出跨界融合创新夜校服务模式、优化课程设置与师资队伍建设、提升学员线上线下参与
度、驱动个人发展与职业成长、加强品牌建设与宣传推广、建立服务评估与反馈机制等图书馆市民夜校服务改进策略。
