摘要:富水粉细砂地层中盾构法施工的隧道,盾构机始发、接收时的主要风险点在于隧道洞门封堵是否可靠。
本文主要以苏州市胥江引水工程钢套筒辅助盾构始发、接收施工为例,介绍了富水粉细砂地层钢套筒辅助盾构机始
发、接收时,在盾构隧道洞门端墙设置斜向注浆孔,洞门加固区内采用多孔管片,对盾构隧道洞门处管片与周边土体
间的空隙进行分阶段注浆。通过在洞门钢环内安装钢丝刷、弧形止水钢板等封堵装置,用于阻滞洞门注浆的大量浆
液流入钢套筒。在钢套筒连接段割除时,使用了一种弧形钢板与特殊管片对隧道洞门进行封堵的施工技术。

ofshieldtunnelinthegapbetweengroutinginstages.Byinstallingsteelwirebrush,arc-shapedsealingsteelplateand
otherblockingdevicesinthesteelringoftheportalblockalargeamountofgroutfortheportalgroutingintothesteel
sleeve,thesteelsleeveconnectionsectioniscutusingarc-shapedsteelplateandspecialsectionofthetunnelportal
blockconstructiontechnology.
