聚焦超声联合干扰素治疗宫颈重度糜烂的临床效果 　　摘要：目的 探讨聚焦超声联合干扰素治疗宫颈重度糜烂患者的临床效果。方法 抽选2015年1月～2016年2月在我院接受救治的宫颈重度糜烂患者98例随机分为两组，对照组（49例）均给予聚焦超声治疗，观察组（49例）患者则添加干扰素联合治疗，评估两组患者治疗效果。结果 观察组患者术后6个月治疗痊愈率（91.8%）与对照组患者（69.4%）相比存在显著性差异（P0.05）。两组患者均无大出血症状，术后6个月内无腹痛、痛经症状。结论 聚焦超声联合干扰素治疗宫颈重度糜烂患者效果显著，值得临床推广。 　　关键词：聚焦超声；干扰素；宫颈重度糜烂 　　Clinical Effect of Focused Ultrasound Combined with Interferon in the Treatment of Severe Cervical Erosion 　　ZHU Ling 　　（Mianzhu Peoples Hospital，Deyang 611820，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of focused ultrasound combined with interferon in the treatment of severe cervical erosion patients clinical effect. Methods From January 2015 -2016 year in February in our hospital for treatment of severe cervical erosion patients 98 cases were randomly divided into two groups， the control group （49 cases） were treated with focused ultrasound therapy， the observation group （49 cases） with added interferon treatment， therapeutic effect of two groups were evaluated.Results The patients in the observation group after 6 months of treatment， the cure rate （91.8%） and control group （69.4% patients） with significant difference （P 0.05）. Two groups of patients had no symptoms of bleeding， postoperative 6 months without abdominal pain， dysmenorrhea symptoms. Conclusion Focused ultrasound combined with interferon in the treatment of severe cervical erosion patients with significant effect， worthy of promotion. 　　Key words：Focused ultrasound； Interferon； Severe cervical erosion 　　慢性宫颈炎是当前临床较为常见的一种妇科疾病类型，其以宫颈糜烂最为常见，严重者甚至由不孕不育发展成为宫颈癌，对患者身体健康及生活质量均造成严重影响[1]。本次研究将探讨聚焦超声联合干扰素治疗宫颈重度糜烂患者的临床效果，现报告如下： 　　1资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 抽选2015年1月～2016年2月在我院接受救治的宫颈重度糜烂患者98例随机分为两组，观察组（49例）患者年龄25～49岁，平均（33.2±3.6）岁，孕次1～3次，平均（2.1±0.2）次；对照组（49例）患者年龄24～49岁，平均（33.2±3.2）岁，孕次1～3次，平均（1.9±0.24）次。两组患者临床资料进行统计学分析，其在年龄、孕次等资料上均无统计学意?x（P0.05）。 　　1.2治疗方法 对照组患者给予聚焦超声治疗，患者持膀胱结石位并给予外阴常规消毒，术者暴露患者宫颈后对患者阴道及宫颈进行充分消毒，于患者宫颈表面涂抹卢戈氏碘液以标记患者病灶位置及范围。术者将治疗套头与患者宫颈进行直接接触并以其宫颈口为中心点，握住宫颈治疗抢手柄后将治疗头直接对准患者宫颈外口并贴紧其表面皮肤
