Methods Convenient selection 38 cases of patients with high-risk human papilloma virus cervical intraepithelial neoplasia Ⅰ～Ⅱ levels diagnosed in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 19 cases in each， the observation group were treated with recombinant interferon and LEEP knife， while the control group were treated with LEEP knife， and the treatment effect and virus level were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The comparison showed that the treatment effective rate and virus negative rate after treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group（%， %，%，% vs %， %，%，%）（P）.
