统计学作为一门研究如何收集、整理、显示和分析数据的方法论科学，主要目的

在于教给学生如何运用科学的统计理论和方法从数量方面认识客观事物发展变化的

规律性。学生通过系统地学习统计基本知识、基本理论和方法，掌握科学认识事物数

量规律性的入门钥匙，并为掌握其他学科知识以及华业后从事的工作奠定基础。本课

程主要内容有统计的基本概念、数据的搜集、数据的图表展示、数据的概括性度量、

参数估计、假设检验、方差分析、回归分析、时间序列分析和预测、统计指数等。

三、课程性质与教学目的

《统计学原理》是统计学科各专业的基础核心课程之一。通过本课程的学习，使

学生掌握统计学的基本理论、基本方法，具有采集数据、设计调查问卷和处理调查数

据的基本能力；具有灵活用所学的统计学理论和方法，分析和解决社会经济管理领

域实际问题的基本能力.
