摘要

随着科学技术的不断发展，焊接新技术新工艺也不断成熟与创新使其应用越

来越广泛。在机械制造、航空航天、石油化工、能源、交通、建筑、冶金等领域

使用的金属结构都属于焊接结构，在加工过程中都离不开焊接。工业的发展，具

有特殊性能的新型结构材料不断涌现，对焊接技术的要求也越来越高，因此焊接

新技术新工艺的发展情况也越来越受到关注。文中先从焊接技术和材料开始介绍，

以此为前提再通过对典型金属材料的焊接新技术新工艺讲解入手，着重介绍焊接

技术及工艺在原有水平及基础上的最新发展状况，指出了这些焊接新技术新工艺

的内容及应用状况，并对焊接技术和工艺做出了适当的展望。

Abstract

Withthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,weldingnewtechnologynewtechn

ologyhasbeenmaturedandinnovationmaketheapplicationmoreandmorewidespre

ad.Inmachinerymanufacturing,aerospace,petrochemicalindustry,energy,tr

affic,building,metallurgyandotherfieldsusedmetalstructurebelongstothe

weldingstructure,intheprocesswithoutwelding.Thedevelopmentofindustry,

hasthespecialpropertyofnewstructuralmaterialscontinuetoemerge,theweld

ingtechnologyrequirementsarealsogettinghigherandhigher,sotheweldingne

wtechnologynewtechnologydevelopmentispaidmoreandmoreattention.Thearti

clefirstfromtheweldingtechnologyandmaterialsisintroduced,takingthisas

thepremiseandthetypicalmetalmaterialweldingnewtechnologynewtechnology

onproceedwith,introducedemphaticallytheweldingtechnologyandprocessint

heoriginallevelandonthebasisofthelatestdevelopment,pointedoutthesewel

dingnewtechnologynewtechnologycontentandtheapplicationcondition,andto

weldingtechnologyandprocesstomakeappropriateprospect.
