焊接新技术新工艺研究.pdf

摘要

随着科学技术的不断发展，焊接新技术新工艺也不断成熟与创新使其应用越来越广

泛。在机械制造、航空航天、石油化工、能源、交通、建筑、冶金等领域使用的金属结

构都属于焊接结构，在加工过程中都离不开焊接。工业的发展，具有特殊性能的新型结

构材料不断涌现，对焊接技术的要求也越来越高，因此焊接新技术新工艺的发展情况也

越来越受到关注。文中先从焊接技术和材料开始介绍，以此为前提再通过对典型金属材

料的焊接新技术新工艺讲解入手，着重介绍焊接技术及工艺在原有水平及基础上的最

发展状况，指出了这些焊接新技术新工艺的内容及应用状况，并对焊接技术和工艺做出

了适当的展望。

Abstract

Withthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,weldingnewtechnologynew

technologyhasbeenmaturedandinnovationmaketheapplicationmoreandmorewidespread.

Inmachinerymanufacturing,aerospace,petrochemicalindustry,energy,traffic,building,

metallurgyandotherfieldsusedmetalstructurebelongstotheweldingstructure,inthe

processwithoutwelding.Thedevelopmentofindustry,hasthespecialpropertyofnew

structuralmaterialscontinuetoemerge,theweldingtechnologyrequirementsarealsogetting

higherandhigher,sotheweldingnewtechnologynewtechnologydevelopmentispaidmore

andmoreattention.Thearticlefirstfromtheweldingtechnologyandmaterialsisintroduced,

takingthisasthepremiseandthetypicalmetalmaterialweldingnewtechnologynew

technologyonproceedwith,introducedemphaticallytheweldingtechnologyandprocessin

theoriginallevelandonthebasisofthelatestdevelopment,pointedouttheseweldingnew

technologynewtechnologycontentandtheapplicationcondition,andtoweldingtechnology

andprocesstomakeappropriateprospect.
