Abstract：Underthepremiseofthecontinuousdevelopmentoflow-carboneconomy,peoplesawarenessofenvironmentalprotectioncontinuestostrengthen,carbonlabels,carbontariffsgraduallyappearinpeopleseyes,andcarbontariffswillbecomethecarrierofnewtradebarriersindevelopedcountries.Chinaisabigexporter,andthecollectionofcarbontariffbringsopportunitiesaswellaschallengestoChinasforeigntrade.ThispaperfirstintroducesthecurrentsituationofcarbonemissionsinChinasexportindustry,analyzesthereasonsforthehighcarbonemissions,andthenanalyzesthedualimpactofcarbontariffsonChinasforeigntradefromtheperspectiveofdialectics.Finally,fromtheinternationalanddomesticperspectives,itputsforwardthatChinashouldactivelycarryoutenvironmentaldiplomacy,activelyparticipateintheformulationofcarbontariffs,andimplementdiversifiedtradestrategiesintheworld;Athome,Chinacanoptimizethestructureofimportandexportcommodities,carryouttechnologicalinnovationforexportproducts,andimplementcarbontariffcollectionandformulationinChina,soastoprovideusefulideasforthedecision-makingofrelevantdepartments.
