工程项目多方合作管理模式研究 摘要 随着建筑市场的全球化及其不断发展，国内外建筑企业间的竞争日益加剧，他们被迫加强企业间的战略合作和企业的内部建设力度。工程项目管理的组织模式是企业间进行合作的具体体现，传统模式长期以来存在着诸多问题，造成多方合作过程中出现很多矛盾和冲突，很难令工程项目参与各方实现利益双赢。 本文首先对当前国内外项目管理组织模式进行对比分析，其次重点分析工程项目多方合作过程中的相关问题并就管理模式上重点介绍和分析Partnering模式在中国建筑业内的生存背景和模式特色，力图从工程咨询公司的角度来分析如何更好的组织和实施Partnering模式，使之更好的为多方合作服务。所以，本文的研究目的就是在现实 和理论的基础上研究我国工程项目多方合作的相关问题，并把Partnering模式作为建立合作伙伴关系的重点模式进行分析介绍，提出应用和推广的相关建议。 关键词：多方合作，管理模式，partnering，咨询公司 Research on Multi-Cooperation Management in Engineering Projects Abstract Along with the globalization and unceasingly development in the construction market, the competition between domestic and foreign construction enterprises intensifies day by day. As a result, they are compelled to strengthen the strategic cooperation between enterprises and enhance the internal construction of enterprises. The organization model of engineering project management manifests the cooperation between enterprises. As there are many problems in the traditional model since long ago, It causes many contradictions and conflicts in the process of multilateral cooperation; it is difficult to achieve a win-win situation for all parties involved in the project. This article firstly analyzes the current domestic and foreign project management organization models by contrast; then analyzes related questions in the process of engineering project cooperation, and with emphasis introduces the survival background and the characteristic of the Partnering model in the Chinese architecture industry; we tries to analyze a better organization of the Partnering model from the project consultant firms angle and to implement it, making it serve better for multi-cooperation. Therefore, the goal of this article is to study the related questions of multi-cooperation in national engineering projects in the reality and in the theory foundations; and to introduce and analyze the Partnering model as the key model in the establishment of partner relations and propose suggestions on the application
