Accenture 2001 1.质量问题解决流程 质量部 2006年03月13日 5.4.1当生产车间的工段长、ME、质量工程师确定问题不是由前3钻相关的活动造成的，寻求现场行动响应团队支持，现场行动响应团队依据车间ME提供的前3钻分析数据进行确认，12小时内作出回复。如果车间制造过程前3钻存在问题，则现场行动响应团队通知车间ME或维修中心ME进行过程改进。（如果找不到问题根源, 问题升级到第4钻） When shop group leader, ME and quality engineer confirm that the issue is not caused by the activities relating with the first 3 diamonds, they will look for support from floor action and responsiveness team. The floor action and responsiveness team will analyze the issue based on the analysis data from the first 3 diamonds provided by shop ME, and reply in 12 hours. If the problem stays in the first 3 diamonds of manufacturing process, the floor action and responsiveness team will inform shop ME or maintenance center ME to improve the process. (if the root cause can’t be identified, escalade the issue to the 4th diamond stage ) 5.4.2第4钻阶段：采购部SQE确认供应商提供的零件是否符合标准，零件质量是否达到预期质量标 准。 The 4th diamond: The SQE confirms if the purchased part matches specification, and if the part quality meets expected quality standards. 5.4.3 采购部SQE分析数据如果显示供应商零件质量存在问题，则SQE发布PRR，PRR在24小时内回复，并与供应商一起进行质量改进。如果现场行动响应团队认为供应商需要进一步提高，他们也会向SQE提出建议。 SQE analyzes the data, if it shows Issue stays at supplier quality, then releases PRR and the PRR shoulb be replied in 24 hours. SQE also works with the supplier to improve quality. The floor action and responsiveness team will also advises SQE if they think the supplier needs further development. 5.4.4采购部SQE与供应商解决问题时间：7个工作日内完成问题根本原因分析，15个工作日内完成纠正行动。SQE在第4钻质量问题解决遇到困难，可上升到SQE经理进行支持，调动资源，协调解决。 When SQE works with supplier to solve issues: spend 7 working days on finding out the root cause, and 15 working days on correcting issues.
