腹腔镜修补术治疗胃穿孔手术的方法及疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探析胃穿孔运用腹腔镜修补术治疗的临床方法和治疗效果。 方法 整群选择2014年9月―2015年9月期间该院收治的87例胃穿孔患者为研究对象，根据自愿原则将其分为两组，其中对照组43例，接受开腹手术治疗，观察组44例，则运用腹腔镜修补术治疗，对两组的疗效进行对比分析。 结果 观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，并且与对照组相比，观察组的住院时间和术后肛门排气时间均较短，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 临床上运用腹腔镜修补术对胃穿孔进行治疗，不仅具有较高的安全性和有效性，在一定程度上还能缩短住院时间，有助于患者更快更好地康复。 　　[关键词] 腹腔镜修补术；胃穿孔；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R656 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）02（a）-0080-02 　　Analysis of Operation Method and Curative Effect of Laparoscopic Repair in Treatment of Gastric Perforation 　　GUO Qiang1， LI Xiao-bing2 　　1.Department of general surgery， Xinxiang First Peoples Hospital， Xinxiang， Henan Province， 453000 China；2.Orthopedics， Xinxiang First Peoples Hospital， Xinxiang， Henan Province， 453000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical method and treatment effect of the application of laparoscopic repair in treatment of gastric perforation. Methods 87 cases of patients with gastric perforation treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected as the research object an divided into the control group with 43 cases and the observation group with 44 cases according to the voluntary principle， the control group were treated with laparotomy， the observation group were treated with laparoscopic repair， the curative effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group， the length of stay and the anus exhaust time after operation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group， the differences between groups by comparison were statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic repair in treatment of gastric perforation in clinic not only has a higher security and effectiveness but also shortens the length of stay to some degree， and contributes to the quicker and better recovery of patients. 　　[Key words] Laparoscopic repair； Gastric perforation； Curative effect 　　胃穿孔是比较常见的
