T: Ok,today I’m your new teacher .I want to be your good friend.Do you have a good friend?
Ss:Yes …
T: Can you describe your friend’s looks? Who can tell me?

T: Ok,today we are learning unit 9 (Show the title on the screen.)
Step 2 Prensentation
Present new words.
T:Now, boys and girls, I will show you some famous people on the screen .Please remember them and describe them like this: short, tall…Clearly?
T: Look, who’s this man? Can you guess? (Show the picture to the students.)
Ss: He is ….
T: Yes, What does he look like?
Ss: He is short.
(Ask students to look at the pictures of other famous stars and teach the new words in the same way such as “, tall, thin, heavy, of medium build, long, curly, straight, , of medium height….”)
The teacher asks some students to practice.
