精品论文 参考文献 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对青年与中老年急性心肌梗死患者的效果比较 四川省科学城医院心内科 四川/绵阳621000 　　摘要 目的：探究经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对青年及中老年患者AMI的疗效。方法：选取2014年6月—2016年5月在我院心血管科接受治疗的患者70例，根据年龄分为青年组和中老年组，每组受试者35例，均行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗，比较两组患者的发病诱因、临床特点，并在治疗完成后观察患者的术后并发症、住院时间、手术成功率及临床疗效。结果：青年组在发病诱因、单支血管病变、血栓负荷重比例高于中老年组，另外青年组在手术成功率、术后并发症及疗效均优于中老年组，住院时间也较短，P＜0.05。结论：在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗AMI患者中，青年患者与中老年患者相比，发病诱因更加明确，经过治疗，青年组的疗效更好。 　　关键词 PCI；年龄组；急性心肌梗死 　　The Comparison of the effect of percutaneous coronary intervention in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction in young and middle aged patients 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the curative effect of percutaneous coronary intervention for youth and elderly patients with AMI. Methods: 70 cases from June 2014 to May 2016 in the Department of cardiovascular hospital treated patients, divided into the young group and the old age group, 35 cases each group of subjects underwent percutaneous coronary intervention comparison of clinical characteristics, two groups of patients, predisposing factors, and after treatment were observed in patients with postoperative complications, hospitalization time, operation success rate and clinical efficacy. Results: the young group in the inducement, single vessel lesion, thrombus load ratio is higher than the old group, the young group in the hand The success rate of surgery, postoperative complications and curative effect were better than in the older group, the hospitalization time is short, P lt; 0.05. conclusion: the percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with AMI, compared with the young patients in elderly patients, predisposing factors more clear after treatment, curative effect of youth group was more good. 　　[Keywords] PCI; age group; acute myocardial infarction 　　随着生活节奏加快及生活压力的加大，冠心病的发病率逐年升高，并且有低龄化的趋势，急性心急梗死（AMI）已成为威胁人类生命安全的主要危险因素。经皮冠状动脉治疗（PCI）是目前急性心梗的常用方法，该方法能有效减小心肌梗死面积，增强心功能状态，降低疾病对患者的死亡威胁。相关研究显示[1-2]，青年患者与中老年患者由于年龄及自身的身体素质及免疫力等差异，其发病机制及危险因素也与中老年患者存在差异，造成在行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗时疗效存在个体化差异。本次研究以青年及中老年急性心梗患者为研究对象，探究经皮冠状动脉介入治疗对两组患者的治疗效果，现将研究结果报告如
