山东农业大学学报 (自然科学版 ) , 2006, 37 (1) : 105～108 Journal of Shandong Agricultural University (Natural Science) 　　　　　　　　　　 PLC在机械手控制系统上的应用 丁筱玲 ,赵立新 (山东农业大学机电学院 ,山东 泰安 　271018) 摘要 :机械手在工业生产中得到广泛的应用 ,传统工艺中采用继电器控制时 ,需要的继电器多 ,接线复杂 ,因此故障 多 ,维修困难 ,费时费工 ,不仅加大了成本 ,而且影响设备的工效。本文介绍了用日本三菱公司生产的 F1 /F2系列 可编程控制器 ,根据机械手的运动规律 :左 /右、上 /下、夹 /松等进行软件编程。实现了手动操作 ,即 :用按钮操作 , 对机械手的每一种运动单独进行控制 ;自动操作包括单步、单周期和连续操作。另外 ,对右工作台有工件的特殊情 况进行了处理。采用梯形控制直观易懂 ,为电气人员所熟悉 ;采用 PLC控制使接线简化 ,安装方便 ,而且保证运行 的可靠性 ,减少维修量 ,提高了工效。 关键词 :可编程控制器 ;继电器 ;机械手 中图分类号 : TP29　　　文献标识码 : A　　　文章编号 : 1000 - 2324 (2006) 01 - 0105 - 04 PLC IN M ECHANICAL M AN IPULATO R APPL ICAT IO N O N CO NTROL SY STEM D ING Xiao - ling, ZHAO L i - xin (Mechanical Electronic Engineering College, Shandong Agricultural University, Taian 271018, China) Abstract: The mechanical manipulator is widely used in our industry producetine. In the past, the manipulator was controlled by relay, which needed a lot of relays and its connection is very complex, this brought us much trouble, made the manipulator hard to repair, and influenced the work efficiency of the equipment. So in this ar2 ticle we introduced the F1 /F2 series programmable controller made byM ITSUBLSH I Co. By the law of the ma2 nipulator movementwhich is left/ right, up /down, tigh / loose and using shift registers to program the software, at last the article actualized the manipulatormanual operation, single step operation, single cycle operation, contin2 uous operation and dealed with special parts of workbench. A program in ladder chart given to control circuit made it easy to understand, the use of PLC made installation conveniently and steadily, the trouble with the ma2 nipulator is fallen down, then improved its working efficiency. Key words: Programmable logic controller, Relay,Mechanical manipulator 1　机械手工作原理 1. 1　机械手动作原理及示意图 机械手动作示意图如图 1所示。其全部动作由汽缸驱动 ,而汽缸又由相应的电磁阀控制。其中 ,上 升 /下降和左移 /右移分别由双线圈两位电磁阀控制。下降电磁阀通电时 ,机械手下降 ;下降电磁阀断电 时 ,机械手下降停止。只有上升电磁阀通电时 ,机械手才上升 ;上升电磁阀断电时 ,机械手上升停止。同 样 ,左移 /右移分别由左移电磁阀
