水热法制备PDP纳米荧光材料及其表征

摘要:采用水热法制备PDP荧光材料并分析其表征图.结果表明。相同温度下,随着铈在试样中所占比例增加,试样
的发射光谱发生蓝移,fEi发光强度有所减弱;相同温度下,掺杂元素铈、镨在试样中所占比例相同时,试样的晶系和结
nm
构参数基本小变,掺杂铈的样品发光强度较大;样品粒径分布均匀,分散性好,无团聚,形状规则,平均粒径在100
范围内,说明水热法足较好的制备PDP纳米荧光材料的方法。
