金红石型Ti02的水热法制备及其表征

摘要:以TiCl,溶液为原料,用水解法在玻璃基板上制备了TiO:,采用SEM和XRD技术对产物进行
了表征,研究了影响产物形成的因素。结果表明:生成的TiO:晶体为金红石型。生成的TiO:微米球直
径为2—3阻m,它由TiO:纳米棒自组装而成。生成的TiO:薄膜均匀、致密,厚1—2肛m,它由TiO:纳米
棒阵列而成。Ti02纳米棒为长方体结构,底面正方形边长100~200nm,棒长l一2恤m。制备TiO:的最
优条件是:0.15mol/L的TiCl,饱和氯化钠溶液、170oC、4h和外加添加剂尿素1/10(摩尔分数)。
