处理部门内部日常事务,协助部门各小组人员开展工作。
3工作职责
(1)负责部门各种文件资料的收发、送阅、整理、分类归档。
(2)协助处理所有待审批文件。
(3)为部门提供齐备的文件发文资料袋。
(4)负责联络车辆、会议室。
(5)负责部门文具的申领;办公设备的维护;书籍的保管。
(6)负责部门人员饭卡的更换。
(7)协助部门各位同事顺利开展工作。
